السائق الرئيسي وأي سائقين إضافيين مذكورين في عقد الإيجار هم الوحيدون المصرح لهم بقيادة السيارة المستأجرة. يجب أن يكون عمرهم أكثر من 21 عاماً وأن يكونوا حاصلين على رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول حصلوا عليها قبل عام واحد على الأقل.

لاستئجار سيارة، يجب عليك إبراز رخصة قيادة وجواز سفر ساريي المفعول (لا تُقبل النسخ المصورة).
يتيح لك حجز سيارة مستأجرة مع ألو هوليداي كار في مراكش أو في أي مكان في المغرب استئجار سيارة وخدمات اختيارية مثل التوصيل والإرجاع في تاريخ ومكان محددين لمدة إيجار متفق عليها.
يمكنك إلغاء حجزك في أي وقت حتى 48 ساعة قبل موعد الاستلام المحدد عن طريق إخطارنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب.
تقوم شركة AICHOUCARS بتوصيل واستلام سيارتك المؤجرة في المطار أو الرياض أو الفنادق أو في محل إقامتك مجانًا في مراكش ومع رسوم إضافية في مدن أخرى في المغرب.
من الممكن استئجار سيارة في مدينة وإرجاعها في مدينة أخرى.
The rental car is provided in perfect working condition with all its equipment and necessary documents for driving in Morocco. You must return the car in the same condition it was given to you. Please thoroughly inspect the rental car and its documents before departing.
Sometimes, we may not have a vehicle of your chosen category available. In that case, we will try to provide you with a vehicle of a similar or higher category at no extra cost.
You must use the rental car in Marrakech and throughout Morocco prudently, in accordance with the law, and for lawful purposes. You must not participate in rallies with the rental car, drive on tracks if the vehicle is not an off-road vehicle, respect the laws and regulations of Morocco, lock the vehicle and leave it in a safe place when not in use, and ensure that all windows and sunroofs are properly closed. If you notice any defect in the vehicle, stop using it immediately (while ensuring your safety) and inform us right away.
Using the rental car outside Morocco is not allowed.
If you wish to extend the rental, please inform us as soon as possible. Do this before the end date and time of your rental contract, at least 24 hours in advance, and settle the cost of the additional rental days upon your return, as set by AICHOUCARS.
The renter is responsible for the rented vehicle and its documents (vehicle papers) during the entire rental period. The renter is responsible for any costs incurred due to the loss of documents, accessories, or damages to the vehicle noted in their absence.
AICHOUCARS rental agency may refuse to rent you a car if you exhibit discourteous or unacceptable behavior (such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving rudely towards an agency representative).
نقبل بطاقات الائتمان من نوع فيزا وماستركارد. يمكنك أيضًا دفع تكلفة تأجير السيارة نقدًا أو بشيك صادر عن بنك مغربي.
Upon delivery of the car, the rental agency will perform a pre-authorization as a security deposit, which also represents the amount of the deductible. Your payment card issued in your name and with sufficient available funds is used for this purpose. (Exceptionally, AICHOUCARS may accept the use of a payment card belonging to a family member).
In the event of any accident or damage to the rental vehicle, even if no third party is involved, you must immediately notify the police and AICHOUCARS car rental in Marrakech within 48 hours.
If you are responsible for the theft or damage of the vehicle, you must pay the deductible amount indicated in the rental contract. Your deductible will not apply if you can prove that the damage, theft, or loss was not due to your fault, deliberate violation, fraud, or gross negligence. You must provide us with a completed amicable accident report form, including the details of other involved parties, within 48 hours of the accident. You will not be held liable for any loss or damage attributable to our failure to maintain the vehicle.
For minor damages to one of our rental vehicles, we will not charge you anything. Examples of minor damages include:
Small dent
Small scratch
Stains on the seats
AICHOUCARS rental cars are fully insured with a deductible amount depending on the type of vehicle:
500 euros for compact cars
1,000 euros for intermediate and family cars
2,000 euros for SUVs
2,500 euros for 4x4 vehicles
